How to raise a change request on Proket ?

If you are facing any isssue and want to raise a change request on Proket. Here are the steps you can follow to make it :

     1. Go to Helpdesk and click to submit a ticket.

     2. Select General.

     3. Enter your Name, Email, Priority, Pro ID and Subject.

     4. Explain in detail what kind of change do you want and with which section. If you have any screenshots , attach them with the request and  click to submit.

      5. Team will get in touch with you in next 24 hours.

Note : It takes 48-72 hours for a change to reflect in your pro-board. We request you to wait for the time period before submitting another ticket about the same issue.
